The top six characters tell how to pronounce the three kanji beside "(804M)" which I imagine is the elevation in meters. The top six characters are pronounced "sengen yama" Koko says the first two lines of text say there may have been a castle on this spot back in the day. The rest of it says something or another about a mountain or something. Mt Fuji is mentioned but I don't remember which characters she mentioned for that.
